Anti Bacterial

The term anti bacterial refers to anything that may destroy bacteria and prevent them from manifesting themselves in a way that is harmful to the health of humans, animals and other organisms alike. Heat, acids, and chemicals such as chlorine all are able to prevent the reproduction of bacteria; thus they are anti bacterial substances. Many anti bacterial products are available for use in the home; for example, anti bacterial soaps kill bacteria and prevent them from multiplying on dishes or other common surfaces such as tables and door handles. The use of anti bacterial products may prevent infections and illnesses through homes, schools and other highly populated institutions.
