Thread Vein Removal
Thread vein removal describes the procedure that is used to remove varicose, spider and facial veins from the body. The procedure is often done with the use of IPL, or Intense Pulsed Light technology. The patient usually only feels a sensation similar to a pin prick or heat on the area undergoing IPL, and the sensation only lasts for a few seconds. Depending on the severity of thread veins throughout the body, the procedure is relatively quick, cheap and painless. After the procedure the skin may be bumpy or slightly reddened, but this will go away after a few days.
