Q. Varicose veins removal, is it painful? How long will such an operation take and is there much recoup time? How quick will I be able to walk after the operation? How much does it cost ?

A. Thank you for your enquiry. Management of varicose veins is part of the speciality of general in vascular surgery rather than plastic surgery, so I’m afraid is not a question I can answer.

Q. hi im interested in having breast enlargement. i have £3000 aside for this but dont know where i can get good quality at this price ??

A. I do breast implant surgery for £3100 (£100 consultation fee, £2999 operation cost) but the price is going up in April by £500. If you book the operation in March you will get it at this price and you can have the operation some time in April or May, but you need to book the operation in March. However, I should say that you shouldn’t base your decision on having surgery on price – you should base it on a considered judgement having had a thorough consultation with a few surgeons.
