Q. How much does it cost to have inverted nipple correction? Do i have to stay overnight?

A. Hi there. The cost of inverted nipple correction when it’s done as an outpatient local anaesthetic procedure is £600. You do have to see me for an initial consultation beforehand and the charge for this is £100. So, the total cost is £700. The procedure takes an hour and you leave hospital immediately after the procedure is done. You need to buy an avent nipplette to apply to the nipples after a few days to help them heal in the new right position. Q. Can you tell me how much Botox would cost to treat my crows feet and how long it will last?

A. botox in one area costs £150. Botox therapy lasts up to six months, it takes a few days to start working and for treatment around the crows feet area we often find it take the edge off the lines rather than remove them completely. Q. I have had bad acne for as long as i can remember and it has left my skin with pot holes. What can be done to make them less obvious and how much does it cost

A. there are a couple of options for acne scarring – one is laser and the other is the dermaroller. We offer both at my clinic (though the dermaroller is being introduced in about 10 days) and you can have a consultation with me to discuss your options if you would like. The laser treatment is around £1000 adnd the dermaroller is around £300 but you will need to buy home kits as well

Q. Hi please quote for breast reduction and tummy tuck with liposuction. How long is the stay in the cosmetic surgery clinic?

A. I am not sure whether you are referring to an abdominoplasty with liposuction to the abdomen, commonly referred to as lipo-abdominoplasty, or whether you are referring to an abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks .   Abdominoplasty with liposuction to the flanks combined with breast reduction is relatively uncommon, in particular if the amount of liposuction is significant, or if you are also contemplating a relatively large breast reduction.   At the time of consultation it would be possible to clarify whether the combination of procedures can be safely undertaken together, or whether it would be better to separate them.   The stain hospital is usually overnight, but frequently after abdominoplasty the patient will be discharged with one drain that needs to be removed 2-3 days later in the outpatient clinic.   Overall, the cost related to an abdominoplasty with the liposuction of the flanks and breast reduction is between 10,000 and £11,000 depending on the hospital used.   A lipo-abdominoplasty combined with breast reduction is approximately £8500, and again it will will vary depending on the hospital charges.

Q. Please would you give me a estimate on a full body lift after i lost 8 stone in weight. Which parts would you tackle first as i have loose skin all over.

A. Post bariatric surgical reconstruction commonly involves lift, mastopexy, abdominoplasty (tummy-tuck) thigh lift or circumferential body lift.It does require a consultation to determine together with you what are your priorities, and what combination of procedures would be suitable.  Combination of procedures carry lower costs, but need to be balanced against increased risks related to bleeding or deep vein thrombosis, as well as the difficulties that may be encountered during the recovery period.Whilst in the US there are a few surgeons that will carry out most of the procedures mentioned above in one operation, in most instances the safer approach is to create a gradual treatment plan incorporating groups of 2-3 operations to be performed together, to be carried out at a safe interval between them.

Q. Hi I am enquiring about how much it would cost to have breasts reduced from 32G to 32D?

A. Hi there. Breast reduction surgery is something we can do quite effectively to reduce the size from around a G cup to around a D cup. We lift the nipple at the same time and we try and keep the scarring as nice as possible, though for such a large reduction in size we would have to make a scar around the nipple, going downwards towards the breast crease and outwards towards the armpit. The cost of breast reduction with me is £4865 and this includes the initial £100 consultation fee. Q. Could you give me a price for breast augmentation? Also can i fly after surgery?

A. Breast augmentation surgery is in my practice just under £4000 using round, cohesive gel silicone implants, as day case surgical intervention. The price will vary depending on the type of implants used the hospital where the surgery takes place and whether the operation is a day case or overnight stay.   There is no clear recommendation regarding flying for short distances after small operations. We know from high-risk surgery like orthopaedic or gynaecology interventions led it takes approximately one month for the body to return to normal in terms of the risk of deep vein thrombosis (clots in the leg veins). For short flights (1-2 hours) it is probably less relevant even a couple weeks later, but for longer flights and in particular if you are using contraceptive pill, injections or implants I would strongly advise waiting for a month after your surgery.

Q. I would like too know a price and difference between liposuction and vaser / liposelection please

A. Liposuction is a generic term that covers all types of techniques that involved at some point selective extraction of some of the fatty tissue in the treatment zone, using suction applied to a cannula.Energy assisted techniques for liposuction, include ultrasound assisted, laser assisted and more recently radiofrequency assisted alternatives.  They will include a first stage of application of an energy do the fatty tissue to generate and the destruction and facilitate the extraction of fatty tissue.  Some of these techniques also aim to provide a degree of tightening in the tissues.VASER Liposelection is a technique that uses ultrasound assisted liposuction.  It is unclear whether it also leads to a degree of tightening in the treatment area.  For a technique that incorporates also an element of tightening with larger volume treatments, the radiofrequency assisted liposuction (Bodytite) is probably a more suitable technique.  Laser assisted liposuction also provide a degree of tightening, but is more suitable for smaller volume treatments.Costs related to liposuction treatment vary depending on the number of areas treated, and and it would therefore be better if you would contact our practice and discuss your specific interests with one of patient advisers.  Obviously, at the time of a consultation it would be necessary to identify the exact treatment areas and procedure that would best suit your needs.

Q. Hello im a size 8 to 10 so there is not much fat on me but it is collecting around my tummy at the front like a pocket and also i wanted to know if you do payment plans as i wanted it done asap?

A. Liposuction is a good treatment option for people with stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise. Q. Hi i only have little bits of fat and want them gone in my belly love handles and inner thigh and i also have a very little bit on my chin? What would this cost?

A. With more extensive areas requiring treatment, general aesthetic or local anaesthetic and sedation will be more suitable, and therefore the hospital based treatment is necessary. This is because of using purely local anaesthetic would lead to toxic levels of medication in order to achieve satisfactory pain control.In order to clarify the costs related to the surgery, it would be necessary to have a consultation, which does determine more accurately the extent of surgery involved, and that technique most suitable for it.I suspect the price will be between £4500 and £5,000 when treating the abdomen, flanks, inner thigh and chin for a relatively small volume reduction.
