A. Thank you for your email. It appears that you are seeking advice for correction of gynacomastia. If it consists of predominantly fat then liposuction is a well recongnised option. If it also consists of glandular tissue then we need to consider removal of gland with an open approach. If the areola is big/expanded then it can be reduced at the same time. Q. I am only 33 but I have some creases on the inside of my cleavage. In a bra the breast is supported but the lines with the crease are still visible. I am struggling to find anyone who has come across this before! Would it be possible to discuss this futher with you?
