A. Thank you for your inquiry.   Fibrocystic changes in the breasts can lead to the type of firmness of the tissue that you are describing. However, it would be wise to discuss this matter with your GP end have an examination, or if he has any doubts a referral to a specialist breast surgeon.

Q. I am considering having blepharoplasty to remove my under eye bags. I previously had a consultation with Transform in Turkey Mill nr Maidstone in Kent but they insisted that they only do this under general anaesthetic. I was wondering if you can do this with local. Can you send me information soon please?

A. You can have it done under local, or local with some sedation, but I quite understand why someone would prefer to do the surgery under a general anaesthetic as it is obviously close to the eye, and as the eyelid invariable gets retracted, you may be able to see. Mostly just the very bright theatre light.  It understandably bothers some people.  Is there any particular reason why you would like to avoid a general anaesthetic? A. Thank you for your email. Tummy tuck may  require ‘resiting’/ transposition of the tummy button. If the muscle tone of the tummy is weak then we have to release the tummy button ,tighten the muscles and remove lose skin from the lower abdomen. If there is deposition of fat into the flanks and upper abdomen then liposuction is a very useful tool to improve the body contouring. Q. The procedure I actually want is a buttock implant, I think its called augmentation surgery I have rheumatoid arthritis. Would this condition affect my suitability?
