Q. I am 21 and suffer from back pains and low self esteem because of my breasts and am getting more and more unhappy as time goes on. To me the answer would be to reduce the size of my breasts but this is not something I am taking lightly. The breasts currently sag quite a lot but the problem is more thir weight. Could they be uplifted during the reduction or would this have to be done after the reduction?

Q. I had a baby nine months ago. I am 21 and after long talks with my boyfriend decided that I want to have a minor tummy tuck to remove my stretchmarks to plump my sagging skin as I am not happy with my body at all. In your experience would a tummy tuck be the best course of action?

Q. I am 62 years old and have lost alot of weight. I have alot of loose skin around my tummy and I had a historectomy 21 years ago so have faded scar below my bikini line. I would like to hear more about tummy tucks and revision for the scarred area. Thank you

Thank you for your enquiry.   An abdominoplasty or a tummy tuck intervention would incorporate the hysterectomy scar, but extend it laterally from hip to hip.   Depending on the body shape, and laxity of the skin, liposuction to the waistline in the same operation may also contribute to a balanced contour.

Q. I am 17 years old but I am thinking about having my breast enlarged when i am 18 or 19 years old. I would like more information about the costs and about your consultations. I have done extensive research with the assistance of my mother and have decided this is the option after plemntly of thought. Can I still have a consultation even though I am underaged to have surgery?

Q. I have alot of slack skin around my abdomen due to giving birth to my children. The area around my buttocks and hips look ok to me its just the area around the stomach where the skin hangs. Could this be removed with liposuction?

A. Liposuction is a good method of treating stubborn areas of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise, and it’s not so good for excess skin. If someone has skin hanging down from their abdomen, sometimes we consider a tummy tuck. There are two types of tummy tuck – standard and mini, and what we do depends on what you’re hoping to achieve and how bad things are.
