Q. Hello I am really hoping that you can help me please because at the moment I am in some distress. I am sorry if this is quite a long message but there a few thoughts on my situation. Six weeks ago, I had an otoplasty surgery. Unfortunately, the ears have been placed too close to the head. I only really wanted a very small change but at the moment I look like a completely different person. I am desperate to make this better. I would prefer my old ears at the moment. As well as being placed too close, they also have an over folded antihelixes, which of course makes it even worse. I am wondering if it is at all possible for a revision procedure. However, as you can tell, I am also interested in resolving this quickly. I would be happy to pay extra for a faster service. Regarding the over folded antihelix, I have been reading that the incisionless procedure might help in this, and this would also have the advantage of having a quicker recovery. Q. Would it be safe/advisable for someone of 47 years to have abdominoplasty, liposuction and breast augmentation at the same time? I have no long standing health issues, dont smoke or drink and exersise regularly. I imagine that If I had done the latter I would probibly have been seeking this treatmnet several years ago but time catches up with everyone. The reason I would like all the surgeries at the same time is a mainly because of cost but obviously I have no intention of putting my health at risk for no reason. A. Hello there. The answer to this is ‘maybe’!!! It is really difficult to comment on your particular situation without seeing you and discussing what your main concerns are. I often perform tummy tucks and BBA together. It might also be possible to perform some liposuction as well but I would have to reserve judgment until I see you. Q. Id like some advice on the best treatment for sagging jowels. The problem is not that noticable at the moment but I fear this will only get worse over time and I would like to try and slow down the process if possible with a view to getting something more permanent in the future. Q. I would like to look into having two procedures and wonder of they could be done at the same time with the same surgeon. The fisrt procedure I would like is a breast reduction. Im currently a 36DD and would like to drop a cup size to a C cup. I would also like to have my buttocks augmented and have read that you can use implants for this or the persons own body fat.
