Q. I’m returning to Glasgow 19th Feb to 23rd Feb. Would you be able to undertake consultation about bodytite and procedure. I’m 51, 5’0″ and need upper/lower abdomen and possibly other areas done???

A. Hi there. I prefer to use VASER as I think it’s more effective than bodytite. VASER is performed under local anaesthetic so you’re awake during the procedure. For just the upper and lower abdomen area the cost would normally be £2650 but I would have to see you formally before I could give you a formal quote for the procedure. My waiting list for VASER treatments is about a month. I hope that helps.

Q. I am 30 and never been happy with my breasts. i dont feel like a women and never happy with breats or body. i have tried to kill myselff twice and i have gel in every bra. so fed up is there anything the nhss can do ?

A. Hi there. Your GP can help with what the NHS can do but I don’t do breast augmentation on the NHS any more and I can’t remember when I last did a case of breast augmentation on the NHS for someone who didn’t either have severe breast asymmetry or had a problem with breast implants that were previously inserted on the NHS. I’m afraid we just don’t see patients for breast implant surgery on the NHS any more.

Q. I would like to do .. breast enlargemnt by using Macrolane TM.. please can you tell me .. how you will do it and how is the procedures ?

A. Thank you for your email. There are 3 recognised ways for breast enlargement. 1) Silicone implants 2) Fat grafting harversted from your own body. 3) Macrolane injection. Each procedure has its own advantages  and limitations. Macrolane is a synthetic product which absorbs in 12 months time. Q. My ears are big and stick out, I know I can solve the problem of them sticking out, but is it possible to make them smaller? If so what would the approximate cost of both the procedures?

Q. What is a good treatment for stretch marks on my tummy and cellulite on my thighs? What is the cost of this treatment?

A. hi there. For cellulite, I think the best treatment is endermologie treatment which is £400 for ten sessions with my beauty therapist. Liposuction isn’t a great method, but if you would like me to examine your thighs then I can do so at a consultation. For stretch marks we often recommend a course of dermaroller treatment which is around £200 a treatment and you often need 3-5 treatments before you see a difference and the treatments are about 6 weeks apart
