Hi Paul I have recently undergone an otolastic operation this was 4 weeks ago , I did have some problems with Hametomas and this was treated , some 4 weeks on and my ears are still qute sore and bruised and still in the same position , I have been to see my sugeon who tells me that my ears should still go into my head a little once the bruising has gone (this I am doubting) he has agreed to refund my money as I am not happy ? which tells me it has not worked. my question is , is it possible my ears may go in once bruising has gone , and if not when could I have the operation again weeks or months and cost ect, Thanks John

A. hello there It is really too early to tell anything at this stage. Please let everything settle down then come and see me 6 months post operatively. If surgery IS indicated we would not consider doing anything until at least this time to allow all the scarring to settle. Where did you have this performed? Q. I have a birthmark on my cheek the size of a 2 pence i have black skin. however the birthmark is darker than my skin colour, do I have any options

If buttocks are losing their definition because of lipodeposition into the flanks and outer thighs then one should explore the possibilities of contouring the thighs and flanks rather than embarking upon buttock augmentation. There are 3 options for buttock augmentation if they have volume deficit. 1) Fat tranfer 2) Macrolane injection 3) Silicone implants Macrolane is least invasive however, the synthetic product degrades in 12 months time hence it requires ‘top ups’ on regular basis. Q. I have read that you do clitoral hood reduction as well as labiaplasty. Does this include trimming the sides of the clitoral hood or just shortening it? Also is this included in the price of a labiaplasty or extra? Thanks.
