Q. 8 years ago i had uplift and 195 implants i ws told they where the smallest i have been very happy with the breasts .in the lasy year i have gained weight and im in the menaporse so i would like my implants out as they have gone so much bigger ,will i need another lift after implants come out .my shape are still good with fullness on top and nipple in good position ,just heavyer and bigger ,what will they be like when i have my implants removed i do not want any put back .
A. Thank you for your inquiry. It is possible to reshape a little bit more the breast at the time of the implant removal, in order to maintain a nice shape. It may involve removing some more skin in particular if in the distance between the lower part of the nipple and the crease under the breast is relatively long.
