Can a cheek implant surgery be repeated by way of either removal of the existing implants and insertion of larger ones

Q. Can a cheek implant surgery be repeated by way of either removal of the existing implants and insertion of larger ones or as a supplement to the existing implants?

A. Thank you for your inquiry.   It is more appropriate to remove and replace the implants than to stack implants on top of each other.   Existing implants can also be augmented by means of fat transfer or injectable fillers.   It would be possible to analyze on the 3-D photograph and simulation the characteristics of change and establish the most appropriate management plan.
