Q. Can a fat transfer help bring out more of a shape on bow legs than a calf inplant would. And how would it work??
A. this would require quite a lot of fat for transferring which would increase the risks of infection, and lumpiness. I find fat transfers best for filling out small areas, such as the cheeks, though there are some surgeons that use it in large volumes. For larger volumes (eg the buttocks, legs, etc) you need to have a fair bit of fat already on you
