Thank you very much for your enquiry, there are a number of techniques to improve scarring on your back but generally the advice is to get the acne under controls, there is no infection present and if you do have active acne it would be best to see your local GP for advice on treatment of these. If your acne is not active anymore, we certainly can offer a variety of treatments to flatten the scars and it would probably be best to see you in person to assess the areas and discuss the best option for you.
