Q. Although I have had surgery before (arm lift), I had very little pain or discomfort during recovery. I am now planning to have a bilateral thigh lift and while researching the procedure I have learnt this is a far more painful recovery process. Is this correct?

Q. I have bingo wings that flap whenever i raise my arms and wanted to know if i could see before and after pictures of the arm lift procedure so i could see what the scars are like and if it would be better than what they are like at the minute. After an arm lift would i be able to wear short sleeves again or would scars be very visible?
A. Brachioplasty is a great operation with high satisfaction but it does leave scars on the inside of the arms. Just google images and you will be able to see a selection. Q. What can be done about the large amount of loose skin i have on my arms. The skin really hangs down and they look terrible i have to wear long tops even on holiday and is embarrassing.
