A. Hello Tony, Thank you very much for your enquiry, I presumed when you mean eye bags that you mean puffiness in the lower eyelids. As you may know eyelid surgery can be performed to remove puffiness excess skin from the upper eyelids as well as puffiness of excess skin from the lower eyelids. Some people opt to have both upper eyelids treated together in which case the cost is £2945 as the upper and lower blepharoplasty and some people opt just to have the lower eyelids treated in which case the cost is £2945. In some people it is best to reduce the fat pads which cause the puffiness inside your eyelid which avoids any external scarring which can be visible. This technique is called a trans-conjunctival blepharoplasty and its relatively specialized procedure. Q. i have had a big problem (in my eyes) for about 2 years now and is getting worse. i have over sensitive nipples. when touched by another or clothing or anything, i pull away and feel physically sick. this is effecting my sex life dramatically as i am fearful my nipples will get touched. is there a surgery which will decrease dramatically or numb my nipple area compleatly??? please help. thank you

I’m afraid there is no surgical remedy for this, surgery is normally performed to correct physical appearances of the nipples rather than the nerve sensation to them. Q. I had “bags” removed 15 years ago.The Dr.removed too much skin.Today I have “Droopy eyes” and suffer from a complex over this. Can the above be corrected.Cost ,recovery?

Q. I am trying to get some advice regarding the reason I still have bruised under eyes almost two months after under eye blephplasty. I have spoken to my surgeon and he said it could take upto 4 months for this to heal fully does this sound correct to you?
A. usually the worst of the bruising is away after 2-4 weeks and the rest takes a little longer to settle down. If your blood cells aren’t being cleared effectively by your immune system then it may take longer.

Q. thank you for your swift responce, I have responded to your private clinic via email. she told me to contact you back via this. i would like this procedure done with in the next 3-6 weeks, the swelling will be gone in the next month, i live in cardiff and cant pop in for a consulation, i am hoping i could send pictures of before the procedure and of me now, and was hoping that i could do the consulation via email, or even skpy or webcam, then book in the surgery and then come up, im not looking for compleate revearsial, im looking for some of the material to be removed so i look more smectricial, and less chip munk like. i would also like a price guide, i totally understand that without seeing me in the flesh you are not going to be able to give me a final price, or any ganinties i really hope you can help me, many thanks terence hughes
A. Hi there. I’m really sorry but I think my waiting time for a consultation is about a month and for surgery is about 6-8 weeks. I really do need to assess you before I give you an opinion on how I would approach the problem, and there’s really no other way, I’m afraid. I didn’t realise you lived in Cardiff, and if travelling is a problem, then perhaps you could ask your GP to refer you to someone closer to home? I’m afraid there’s no substitute for a personal consultation and I would need to see and feel the product which I can only do at a face to face consultation. If I remember correctly, your problem is related to PMMA in the lower eyelid region and if this is the case, then we would normally offer a guide price similar to a lower eyelid blepharoplasty procedure which is around £3500. Sorry, I can’t help without seeing you but I’m sure you can understand.
