Q. My left nipple is an inch lower than my right and my left breast Is a cup size bigger. How could this problem be resolved?
A. 1. 1. Thank you very much for your enquiry, often the large breast does have a slightly lower nipple position and this can be corrected by a small elevation procedure. If you think you maybe considering a breast augmentation the appearance of the nipples often improved with this but you can have a small adjustment to the nipple itself. You can find out more information about this type of surgery please visit our website http://aurora-clinics.co.uk where you’ll find lots of information about breast enhancement surgery. If you feel you would like a free information CD on breast enlargement please fill-out the form on the breast enlargement section of http://aurora-clinics.co.uk or ring my office 01844-214362. Q. I have one breats that is substationally bigger than the other one and i wanted to know what the cost of getting them fixed would be and what the cause of it is. my self esteem is at an all time low, i have never been seen without a bra on not even by the father of my daughter. please help me.
A. Thank you for your email. Breast asymmetry is not very uncommon. In fact, 70 % women may have a degree of breast asymmetry either in the form of size, level or shape. There are following options to improve the situation.1) Breast Reduction on bigger size 2) Breast enlargement on the smaller side 3) We may need to consider breast lift if indicated. Please note that it is very difficult to achieve exact breast symmetry. I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplasticsurgery.com to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by email on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance. Q. I have breast asymmetry as the right breast is at about 2 sizes smaller than the left. I m 23 and this obviously doesn t help my self confidence. How much would it cost for this kind of surgery? Would you advise surgery? Thank you!
A. Thank you for your inquiry. With this degree of difference, it is likely that you will need surgical intervention to make it feel more comfortable. It is impossible though to give an accurate estimate of the costs without any examination, since there are a multitude of options available for treatment.

Q. I am currently looking to have surgery so both my breasts look the same size. One of them is around a B cup whilst the other is a C cup. I have had a consultation with someone on the NHS but to be honest I really wasent impressed withhis manner or what he had to say. I feel paying for a consultation with a specialist would be my best option at this time. I obviously want to get the very best treatment and I don’t feel this will be the case on the NHS.
A. Thank you for your enquiry. Breast asymmetry is very common affecting nearly 60% of women. What is safe and appropriate for you will depend on your concerns and desires which will need to be discussed at the time of your consultation. Please call Anne or Kirstie on 0207 863 3140 or email kirstie@lbps.co.uk who will be happy to assist you, or arrange your consultation to discuss your concerns and the options.Best regards

Q. Hello. I have a problem with my breast as they are very assymmetrical. It is very obvious. I don`t know what to do. I would like to reduce the bigger one. Could you give me an advice what to do??
A. We can certainly reduce a larger breast to be more matched with a smaller different side. However, the results mean you will be better matched rather than perfectly matched, and people always note some degree of difference between the two sides. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please come and see me for a consultation. If you call 01415520828 my receptionists can give you an appointment to talk about this more.

Q. I would like to ask you about breast surgery for uneven breasts. Im not happy with the look of my breasts but I really dont want to have implants or an increase in size. Would this be possible to achieve?
A. Thank you for your enquiry. There are options for correction of breast asymmetry without breast implants. Without actually seeing the problem, there are too many alternatives to cover. The best way forward would be for you to see a surgeon and have a proper evaluation, which is followed by a discussion treatment options, their respective benefits and limitations, as well as associated costs.

Q. Hello there, Was just wondering how much a tubular breast deformity correction procedure would cost and whether there are any finance options available. Or if a GP would be willing to refer whether it would be possible to arrange some form of payment plan? Thanks
A. If your GP refers you, you can even have it done on the NHS if the Primary Care Trust allows it. I do not have a finance plan, I am afraid, with or without GP referral. The price depends on the degree of deformity and whether you would like implants as well, please see www.barbarajemec.com for information on prices and procedures best wishes Barbara

Q. Im weighing up having breast asymmetry surgery to level up my breast as the left drops quite condsiderably more than the right one. Does treatymnet include lifting the breasts as well with breast implants or would this be an additional surgery?
A. Thank you for your enquiry. To achieve the optimum result which is long lasting, the best option would be to correct both breasts. If you would like fuller breasts then this would require implants which would be additional to the uplift procedure. Breast uplift together with implants is frequently performed. What is appropriate and safe for you will need to be disucssed at your consultation. Please call Anne or Kirstie on 0845 009 2775 or email kirstie@lbps.co.uk, to arrange your consultation.Best regards

Q. I am pretty sure I want to have some kind of treatment to level my wonky left breast. I would like to prepare myself for surgery to get the best possible recovery and would like any tips or suggestions on anything I should change as far and diet and health is concerned. Could you please give me your thoughts?
A. Thank you for your inquiry. A normal diet and sensible exercise regime is the most relevant lifestyle choice prior to surgery. In addition, stopping smoking important for the wound healing process, and smokers should consider stopping well in advance of the treatment.
