Q. hi there i had a breast aug 2 and a half years ago. I was an A cup and now im a D. I never wanted to go so big but they insisted it would be better. They have remained firm and fake looking and fake feeling, i feel so uncomfortable (mentally) with them in and just wish i’d never done it. I want them out but i am frightened to death of what my boobs will look like once removed. If ive only had them in this short time will they just go back to look how they looked before or will they be ruined? Will i get stretch marks? (i have none now)…will the bee all saggy and wrinkley? is it better to drop down a size first to let my boobs get used to being smaller, or just get them out. And should i have the scar tissue removed if i have them taken out permenantly. I hope you can help with my questions,

In particular we found them too many cases the macrolane went slightly firm and cause a significant amount of tenderness. Q. I am thinking about a breast enlargenment at methley park, and would like to ask what the differences are between silicone gel and saline solution implants. A. Thank you for your email. Silicone Gel filled implants are filled with silicone gel. Saline filled implants are filled with saline. The consistency of the implants is different.
