Q. Please could you give me advice regarding secondary breast reductions. I had one in 2000 and would like a further reduction down to as small as possible but realistically to a B cup from the ample D cup currently; they also need a slight lift. I would like a revision of the areolas as they are slightly mishapen and would like them to be smaller in size. Is a second reduction a safe option? I have consulted a local (Gloucestershire) plastic surgeon who feels he can do a second reduction. Got a 2nd consultation shortly and would appreciate any advice you could provide. Do you have experience in performing second breast reductions for patients?
