Q. Hi, My breasts have excess skin and very deep furrowed stretchmarks (both due to weightloss) I am NOT considering surgery, just looking for something to improve them a bit. I have heard of the Fraxel repair, and that it can slightly tighten loose skin, and also can improve stretchmarks. Whereabouts in the UK can I get this? And is it a treatment which can benefit both at the same time, or are different types of lasers used? Thank you
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry about the deep furrowed lines on your upper chest area. You’re right that skin tightening treatment such as Fraxel are very reported to work well for this area and I think maybe a solution for you. Unfortunately, we do not perform Fraxel treatment here at Aurora Clinics but I know a number of clinics in the United Kingdom that do specialize in this and I think it will be worth doing a web search for some of these. Q. I am turning 50 this year. My breasts are quite saggy and have lost breast tissue through aging process also breast feeding for 2 years . am I too old for breast implants , would I receive a good result as my skin has lost elasticity.

Q. hi – i had an uplift and implants partial unders – in sept 2009 – i was a D cup and went to a DD – i hate my implants – they are so heavy and i would like them – how much would this cost and would i need another uplift? thanks

Normally, if you haven’t uplifted this it’s possible to simply remove your breast implants while maintaining a good shape to your bust. This is because the uplift has corrected your nipple position. If there is minimal sagging in relatively small sized breasts, then breast enlargement can be considered to fill the empty breasts making them bigger and firmer. The cost ranges from £4000 and £5500.
