Q. Im 6 months post op from a buttock lift combined with a thigh lift. Im really happy with the work thats been done and look and feel great about the whole thing but I do have one issue. Sex now seem to be really painful and everything feels really tight downstairs. I have spoken to my surgeon who said this will get better with time and I respect and trust what he has told me but I just wanted to get another opinion. Have you ever come across a patient that’s had a problem like mine before?

Q. I had liposuction to the area under my buttocks about 18 months ago, now have an over extended buttock crease and would like to know if this can be removed? I would rather not return to the surgeon that performed the original work.
A. Hi there. Sometimes we can replace some of the fat removed by putting in fat transfers, from another area, so there may be a way to make you less unhappy about your results.
