I have a large philtrum and was wondering if there
Q. I have a large philtrum and was wondering if there was a procedure possible to reduce this, and make it less noticable as it has often been pointed out.
A. Thank you for your email. It would be difficult to give advice without either your examination or seeing your photographs. There are 2 possibilities. 1) to lift the adjoining area like philtral dimple etc or 2) reduce the philtral projection. Lifting the adjoining areea could be done by dermal fillers or fat graft. I have following suggestions to help you further: 1) Please send me good quality photos for my initial comments. 2) You may wish to arrange a detailed consultation to allow me to examine you and give my opinion. 3) Please visit our website: www.vadodariaplast.icsurgery.com including the photo gallery to allow you to develop better insight into the procedure. Please contact my office on 0208 997 3976 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm or by ehmail on info@vadodariaplasticsurgery.com for further guidance.
