Q. I have a large philtrum and was wondering if there was a procedure possible to reduce this, and make it less noticable as it has often been pointed out.

A. Thank you for your email. It would be difficult to give advice without either your examination or seeing your photographs. There are 2 possibilities. 1) to lift the adjoining area like philtral dimple etc or 2) reduce the philtral projection. Q. I have never had inverted nipples but in the past two months I have notice one nipple becoming inverted – should I be concerned?

A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, if you just noticed your nipples has become inverted in the last couple of months I would suggest that it would be best to have a consultation with your GP. Q. I have had inverted nipples for many years and feel really self conscious about them but would like to breast feed any children I have, what do you advise?

Q. i have poland syndrome to my left side.though this could be pectoral aplasia.i want non surgical procedure on this.how much does it cost?and where in the midlands can i get it done?i live in wolverhamptonthank you

Thank you very much for your enquiry, Poland’s syndrome often causes a numb in chest area and in most cases non-surgical treatments are not enough to correct this.   This procedure often depends on the amount of soft tissue loss your having in the area.   It would probably be best to schedule a consultation with a specialist surgeon who specializes in Poland’s syndrome and I would suggest Mr. Henk Giele who is a surgeon in Oxford. A. Thank you for your email. The initial consultation is directly with Mr. Vadodaria for a period of one hour. The involvment of a nurse will be only for the preanaesthetic assessment. The cost of initial consulation will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure at the time of booking the operation. We believe that this is an appropriate fee for Mr. Vadodaria’s professional time and covering the administrative cost. Q. Hi, i tried contacting your office a few times concerned the price of a featherlift to the brow but nobody has got back to me. I was told my the receptionist I would have to discuss that at consultation but as im sure you can appreciate I would rather not travel that far just to know the price of something. All i wanted was a rough estimate based on past featherlifts you may have done. One thing i liked very much about the procedures you offer is the prices they are very good and worth the travel however every procedure is listed in price except the featherlift, and i just want a rough estimate on how much it is. A. Hi – the reason I don’t have a price for the feather lift on the brow is that it depends on the number of sutures that I use. If I use two sutures, then the price is different compared to whether I use four or even six sutures. It’s the cost of these sutures that are more expensive than some of the other ways I have to perform brow lifts, which is why my receptionists can’t give you an exact figure. I also order the sutures in for you at the time of the booking, and the price of the treatment depends on the current price of the sutures. Generally speaking though, the cost is around £2-3000 for the silhouette lifts (which is the type of feather lift that I do). Sorry I can’t be more specific
