Thank you very much for your enquiry, generally I would recommend that the most effective treatment for the area would be botox injections as this generally soften the lines and help them fade away. Laser treatments are more focused on the actual quality of the skin but will not have much effect on the lines caused by muscle activity which is best treated with botox treatment. Q. I am a 33 year old woman and have been uncomfortable with the prominance of my chin since being a teenager. In particular I feel that the depth of my chin gives my face a masculine look and as I am also very tall this is something I would like to get reduced. Thank you very much for your enquiry, it sounds like it would certainly be possible to reduce the prominence of your chin and this would normally be performed either by reducing the size of your chin or setting your jaw back slightly. This form of surgery is normally performed by maxillo-facial surgeon who specialize in the bony skeleton of the face. Q. I am interested in transconjunctival blepharoplasty and would like to ask if you perform this procedure?

Q. Body Lift surgery is what I am seeking after losing six stone in weight the excess skin around my stomach is the most annoying disheartening thing in the world. I was told to wait a year and a half after losing the weight to see if it would tighten naturalkly but this has not been the case at all despite my best efforts with food and working out.

Q. Dear Mr. Richards, I am one of the maxillofacial sprs currently on the london rotation presently at UCH. Q. I have a tiny star tattooed on my left hand and have regretted it for months! how much will it cost to be removed?

Q. Mr Richards. When I was younger I split open the back of my head at school. I had staples to fix the split area but it left a large scar which is now visible due to hair loss. I feel the scar makes me look like a bit of a thug and wondered if it can be made less visible. I have read a few of the comments you have made for scar treatments but there is nothing listed for scarring on the head. Is this something that can be done?
