Q. I have a dimple in my chin which I would like gone and wanted to see if a chin implant would help remove this or whether there is a more appropriate fix to my problem?

Q. I was looking into procedures for penis enlargement, both length and girth. My confidence has been affected by this and also sexually performance has decreased massively as a result. Any help would be gratefully received.

Q. I am 16 years old and I would like to know if I am old enough to have a mole removed from my back without permission from my parents? If it it possible how much would it cost?

Q. I underwent liposuction treatment about 4 years ago on my chest to treat my man boobs but I was very disappointed with the results and would like to discuss alternatives treatments that may be a better option. Although the liposuction did get rid of some of the breasty areas it seem to be getting worse again and I have not put any extra weight on. When I orginially did the surgery I was looking for a permanent solution and I don’t feel I got this. Would you be able to offer me any advice please?

A. Thank you for your enquiry. I am soryy to hear that you are troubled by this problem.  Recurrance of “man boobs” can result form a number of factors.  If all of the breast tissue was not removed then this can regrow.  You should have a full hormone profile blood test to ensure that you do not have a hormonal imbalance which is the cause.  I would also recommend a ultrasound scan of your chest to determine if there is any breast tissue or just fatty tissue.  Any breast tissue will need to be excised by surgery.Please call Anne or Kirstie on 0207 863 2140 or email kirstie@lbps.co.uk who will be happy to assist you. Q. I had a type circumcision about four years ago, which I am extremely happy with but this has resulted in the scrotum skin going to the end of the shaft. I would like this taken away so that the shaft skin is tightened. Is this possible and if so how much would this cost as a private patient?

Q. I have serious dark circles under my eyes and a hollow effect. When I lift my cheeks below the eye, it goes away.. could I need a cheek lift or face lift to help this? How much is this procedure please?

Q. I have an orange shaped chin this shows in photos alot i believe it is fatty tissue that makes it like this can this be sorted as i look terrible in photos and concious of it all the time
