Q. i had labiaplasty done 2 weeks ago and my surgeon has proper botched it up! from what i can see she has removed all my inner labia apart from 2 tiny flaps of skin near my anus and an annormous clitoral hood, totally exposed my clitoris which looks unsightly and is causing me no end of discomfort, add 2 all this all my stitches came out on the left side by the 3rd day and on the right side towards the upper half!! it looks absolutely horrendous and i look deformed! im so upset is there anything that can be done for me?
A. Hi. Apologies for the delay in responding to your question. In the first instance, it can look rather disfinguring in the first couple of weeks after labioplasty, especially if you were not prepared for a more realistic post-operative recovery, or if your expectations were unduly too high. If so, by now I will assume that things have settled down and you are coming to terms with the new appearance. If this not the case, the first person to inform is your surgeon, who might to be able to give specific explanation on what was done and why the appearance is as it is. Q. I had a successful abdominoplasty about 5 years ago but my pubic area has been affected – I have quite a large mound and my clitoris is buried under it. My sexual enjoyment has diminished since then and I also have rather a long labia on one side only. Is it possible to have all this plus vaginoplasty performed at once? What would the price be?

Q. I had labiaplasty a year ago with a reknowned surgeon. Ever since, I get discomfort and pain when trying to exercise and purple pinpricks come up where the stitches were. Q. Hello, I have had a labia plasty/reduction surgery a week ago and i have had many complications. I have now got a huge hole on my outer labia, which seems to be getting bigger. I am also very unhappy with the results of the surgery, it looks as though my surgeon has completely removed my left inner labia and disfigured my right inner labia. I was wondering if there was any surgery that would help me in reconstructing the vagina so i can live a normal life in regards to having intercourse and being comfortable? Thank you.
