Q. I had a Breast Enlargement 5 years ago and I am really not happy with the results. They look fine when I am wearing a top and the shape of them are fine but I am too embarrassed to take my top off because the scars are still really bad. Im not going to have any more surgery but would like to get the scarring treated and I am not going back to the same surgeon. Could you tell me what could be done for the scarring in this area and is there any home treatments I could use to help?

A. Hi there I am delighted you are pleased with your results. Poor scarring following any surgery is possible but quite unusual following BBA. The treatments for this will vary but range from aggressive massage, use of silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, Rationale Delivery serum (topical hyaluronic acid). Q. Although I have researched having liposuction to under the chin I have not been able to find as much information about having it on the cheeks and face. Is there an increased chance of complications to have liposuction on the face, could you please suggest another option for fat removal to the face, if appropriate.

Q. I have suffered from minor gynaecomastia since puberty (I am now 27). Although I am slim and the problem is mainly just with a small amount of glandular tissue, I have long been unhappy with my appearance and would like to find out approximately how much it would cost ot correct? Q. I had rhinoplasty and chin implant in june 2008. Im happy with result of the rhinoplasty but chin implant position is not satisfactory. Can it be respositioned with more surgery?

Q. Please can you send me prices for an arm lift. I am a 37yr old woman who has lost over 15 stone in weight. Q. I currently have 325cc silicone cohesive gel tear shape implants and want replaced with round silicone cohesive gel going up at least 2 sizes, my implants are almost 10years old. Would like to know cost of consultation and operation if possible.

Q. I currently have implants but since having two babies I would like to have larger implants and also an uplift at the same time.
