I had a Breast Enlargement 5 years ago and I am really not happy with the results. They look fine when I am wearing a top and the shape of them are fine but I am too embarrassed to take my top off because the scars are still really bad. Im not going to have any more surgery but would like to get the scarring treated and I am not going back to the same surgeon. Could you tell me what could be done for the scarring in this area and is there any home treatments I could use to help?

A. Hi there I am delighted you are pleased with your results. Poor scarring following any surgery is possible but quite unusual following BBA. The treatments for this will vary but range from aggressive massage, use of silicone gel sheeting, steroid injections, Rationale Delivery serum (topical hyaluronic acid).
