A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, the direct neck lift takes approximately one and a half hours and is not that invasive but does remove the tissue from the center part of the neck by direct incision. Recovery is quicker than a traditional facelift procedure. Generally, bruising is pretty much gone by 10 days to weeks and you should be able to go out in public following that time although bruising does vary from individual to individual as you will understand. Q. I had abdoninoplasty in 2005 wher I sufferd a pubmonary embolis after returning from the Prauge hospital. I am not on life long warfin due to this as I suffered a second clot a year after. I have been clot free for 5 years, but continue to take my warfarin. Could I get a neck lift???
A. if you’re on warfarin you will bleed quite a lot during and after surgery, and so it’s probably best that you have a limited neck lift if you are going to have one. It also depends on your INR, but we will have to limit what we can do to avoid too much bleeding.

Q. Could you give me a guide price for a neck lift please? I will be in London for long weekend soon and wondered is it possible to have a free consultation on one of these days? I live in Northern Ireland but my sister lives in London so, if I decided to go ahead, I would intend to have surgery performed in London and stay with her for two weeks following surgery.
