Q. I would like to know how much the inverted nipple correction procedure will cost?
A. Hi there. I do inverted nipple correction as a local anaesthetic procedure, so it takes about 30 minutes to an hour (depending if you want one or two corrected). The costs are £650 for one and £1100 for two and I usually want to speak to you at a consultation first about the implications of the procedure. A. Hi there. For someone who is only 45 we would want to do something that would fit your features and something that would give you the best results for the best value. Although we have prices for standard facelift surgery available (by calling 01415520828) we often do mini lifts, neck lifts, liquid lifts or laser lifts in people in their mid 40s. Clearly, sometimes people benefit most from a full facelift, but I’d like to see you to assess you before committing to anything overly expensive and unnecessary.

Q. I am 57 and had a face lift /neck lift with a chin implant last June. I had the implant removed 2 months later due to infection. Now I have saggy, loose skin and “puckers” on my upper neck. My P.S. said that the only thing he could do is “take it in” through the chin area and that I would then have a scar on my upper neck, as well as on my chin. Is there something alternatively, which could be done to correct the problem? I’m worried that my neck will look even worse (maybe with puckers) if I have the suggested surgery. This has affected my profile as well as my frontal face. Only when I “look up” (stretching my neck) does my neck look normal.
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, I’m sorry you have loose skin in your appear neck. You’re plastic surgeon is right that one option is to take the skin in through the incision in the neck and I think it would be best to discuss this with him in detail and perhaps also have a second consultation with another plastic surgeon who could assess the area and discuss the options available for you. Q. I have large jowls and quite a bit of loose skin on my face that kind of hangs down my neck. I think it is time to get it sorted as i look at least 10 years older than 53. Would this be a facelift or neck lift and what are costs?
A. Hi there. Whenever I do a face or neck lift I usually try and get a balanced look between the face and the neck. It doesn’t cost any more, but it does mean we can address your facial aesthetic requirements to the best of your concerns, recovery time and budget. We have a number of things we can do to rejuvenate the face and a muscle tightening procedure around the face and neck is simply one of them. A facelift costs just under £5000 at the moment.
