A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, extra nipples are extremely common and normally occur on the abdomen below the breast tissue. A. This is a very good question and there are essentially three grades of inverted nipples. Firstly, there is grade one which are nipples are often normally out but do invert occasionally. Grade two nipples are normally inverted but come out for short periods of time before re-inverting. Grade three nipples rarely come out.
