Q. Hi, I am 27 years old and have sundamage which has appeared on my face over the past three years. I have patches of pigmentation that is light brown colour almost like a tea stain appearence over my forehead and also a very new patch which has appeared under my left eye in a half moon shape. I do not sunbathe and have begun to wear factor 50 daily however in the past I was a regular sunworshipper. The skin all over my face does not seem in great condition and I have fine forehead lines which no one my age seems to have. I have extremely sensitive skin and had a allergic reaction to Obagi products I have tried. I also had four treatments of laser which I believe was ipl and this did absolutely nothing to the pigmentation. Can I ask what you could recommend and prices as it is affecting my confidence and I fin i am resorting to self tan to try and lend the patches which doesnt look great in winter!. Q. Do you offer treatment for removal of hair from the facial area for woman. I have in the past uased non permanent treatments for this but I would really like to find something permanent? Could you help at all?

A. Hi there , thanks for your query. Unfortunately I do not offer hair removal treatments. One option would be to try laser hair removal if you are considering permanent hair removal.

Q. Do you do hair removal treatments as well has hair improvements?

A. Hi there thanks for your query. I’m afraid I do not perfrom aesthetic hair removal. Most of the evidence suggests a few courses of laser works best for resistant hair. However  I have performed hair removal using FUE punches to acheive aesthetic redistribution following bad hair transplants in the past.

Q. I am interested in a possible procedure to lighten or permanently remove dark facial hair from my moustache area which is much darker than the rest of my facial hair. This is a really embarrassing problem for me and I would really like to find a permanent solution other than bleaching the area.

A. A reputable laser clinic would be able to assess you and give you advice. Beauticians also offer facial hair bleaching

Q. My daughter is 12 years old and has bad upper lip hair which she started to shave and is now worse it affects her socially and wanted to know if there was any where who would do laser hair removel for her

Q. Im not sure what procedure is required but my problem is I have hair follicles on the shaft and foreskin of my genitals which are mildly visible when the penis is limp but when erect the skin pulls tight raising the follicles. Can I have them removed with some kind of laser hair removal?

A. unwanted hair can be treated with a laser, but all laser hair treatment needs to be repeated and will only work on hair follicles that are in their growth phase.

Q. I want to have some areas of unwanted hair removed from the top of my lip and a little area around my chin. Q. How much on average does this cost for laser hair removal? Is there an age limit to have this done.

A. Ther is no age limit for laser hair removal, there are indications such as skin type and colour for different machines, it is not my area of speciality but there are now some painfree lasers that have produced some great results. I would recommedn going to a good clinic for a consultation
