Thank you very much for your enquiry, there are essentially two methods of lip enhancement, the first is with hyaluronic acid fillers which typically lasts, also injections which typically lasts 6 months and the other is with permalip lip implants. Q. My lip is thick in size..is there any surgery to reduce my lip thickness and make me looking good?

A. Hi and thankyou so much for your question. Lip reduction is a less common request than augmentation these days but Lip enhancement occasionally requires the ability to be able to undertake both types of procedures.  As always, one will be better guided after a thorough consultation and assessment from an experienced eye taking into account your aims and expectations; this is really an operative site that requires tailoring any treatment specifically for each patient.  I think one of the more important aspects of assessement in this regard is to appreciate facial proportions and to balance the lips to each other and to the facial profile for the best outcome and to produce really beautiful lips.  I undertake surgery for cleft lip and palate which often involves both lip augmentation with muscle surgery, grafts or filler, but also reduction to achieve the best balance and attractive smile. Q. my lips are asymmetrical with the loft being thinner than the right – I’ve tryedfillers but they don’t work so I’d like to have surgery, I spke to a surgeon who said he’d cut around the outside of my upper lip butI’m worried of the scar then i heard about the bullhorn lift, would this work for me and also what is the cost?

Q. Hi, My bottom lip is rather big however my top lip is quite small (not very small). I would like to lift my upper lip so it is abit bigger. How much would this be? and is the scar easy to see?

Q. My lip line is diminishing, what treatment would you recommend?

There’s actually a naturally occurring tube in the lip which does diminish slightly in volume with time.
