A. Hi there. I can certainly do a lip reduction and I try and make the scars inside the lips as best as possible. The lip does turn a little inwards after the procedure, though, and you need to be aware of this.

Q. hello there. I have a question i have biopolymeros in my lips, and i will like to remove… is any doctor who can do that? please advise me thanks.
A. Hi there. Biopolymeros is liquid silicone and removing all of it is very difficult. However, what we can do is remove some of it so long as it’s easy enough to find inside your tissues. We need to look inside your lips with an MRI scan before we can make this decision. So, if you want to come and see me, I’ll have a look at your lips first, I’ll see if you need an MRI scan, if you do then I’ll arrange one, I’ll have a look at the results of the scan and I can tell you how much I can help you. Q. I have been getting injections every 6 months for my lips as they are quite thin especially my upper lip. I wanted to know if their was a more permanent solution and if so costs, risks etc
A. hi there. I can perform PermaLip enlargements on you if you wish, which is a soft silicone implant that is inserted into the lips. I have information about this at http://www.labelleforme.co.uk/Permalip.html. There should be a FAQ list at the end about risks, and the costs depend on whether we do one lip or two, but is around £1500 give or take a few hundred pounds for the difference between one and two lips.
