Thank you very much for your enquiry, unfortunately we no longer perform Macrolane treatment here at Aurora Clinics and the reason for this is we have notice that in some cases a macrolane can go hard and cause significant discomfort to your breasts. Generally, we favor either breast uplift or a breast implant procedure which has a relatively quick recovery and gives more a long term results with a reduced risk of developing firmness in the breasts. Q. I would like to have something done with my buttocks to increase their size and look. Q. Can macrolane be effective in reducing the scar around the abdomen area?

A. Hi there. I’ve found a surgical scar revision procedure is sometimes the best treatment for scars that are around the abdomen when they need improved. I haven’t used macrolane for reducing scars.
