Q. I hope you are able to answer my query. I have some stretch marks around my breasts which I am keen to have removed if possible. I was thninking of a breast lift anyway and wondered if the strech marks would be removed during that proceedure? I only have a few around my underarms but they are quite noticable because i was once quite overweight.
A. It is really difficult to predict how the stretch marks on your breasts will respond after a breast lift. To be on the safe side, I would prefer to say they might not change at all. It depends where on the breast they are and how many will be cut away with the breast uplift. Ideally you need a onsultation with a plastic surgeon for advice

Q. What options are there available for getting rid of stretch marks? I have lines at the top of my chest area that are far more noticeable when lifting my arms. Can the skin just be filled in with injectible fillers?

Q. I just recently gave birth to my second child. Im only 22 and have had two kids in 2 years which as taken it tole on my body. You can only imagine what that has done to my body and my skin. I have alot of stretch marks on my stomach. They aren’t so much red, they are very deep!.. Q. Q. I have loads of sagging skin and some shallow stretch marks around my tummy. I also have stretch marks on my buttocks and a little on the breasts and I would like to get them removed. What is the best treatment for all these areas?
A. Removing stretch marks are soooooo difficult> If I had a succesful merthod, I would be a millionare!A tummy tuck will remove some or most of the stretch marks and countour your abdomen. Fat filling of the breasts does reduce stretch marks and can plump up the breasts as well. Q. Could the dermaroller treatments help with cellulite on the thighs and buttocks. I have read through a few of the answers you and your colleagues have provided but it says nothing about whether the treatment can help cellulte? Is this possible?
A. Dermaroller isn’t the best treatment for cellulite – but I do have a treatment called Endermologie that’s good for cellulite, in my clinic in Glasgow. Q. I have some very bad stretch marks on my body as well as wrinkles and saggy skin under my belly button. While a full tummy tuck may correct most of my concerns with the saggy skin but I’m not sure I could live with such a large scar on my body. How big is the scar likely to be please?
A. Hello there. thanks for your question. it could be that you require a mini-tummy tuck or a full tummy tuck but I would need to see you in person to make this decision. In terms of the scar, this is usually a low scar stretching from hip to hip. In actual fact, whilst this sounds like quite a big scar, patients do not seem overly concerned and accept this in exchange for correcting the excess or sagging skin.
