Q. I have been told that you may need both walls tightened?. Is this normally the case or would one be enough, and would the pain/recovery last longer having both done? I have had four children, but the NHS wont perform this procure as they said kegals are just as efffective. I have been given the price of £5700 with , which seems a bit high to me? I have had breast implants. (under the muscle) Is the recovery for the vaginoplasty quicker than that procedure? It seems the “return to work” period is shorter. Thanks

Q. I had a successful abdominoplasty about 5 years ago but my pubic area has been affected – I have quite a large mound and my clitoris is buried under it. Q. I gave birth 3 weeks ago. My other son is 4 and was born in another hospital.
