Q. Could you please give me a guide price for the vaginal tightening procedure and also for fixing a weak bladder problem at the same time.
A. The cost of combined vaginal tightening is £3500-£4500, depending on the location and the care package you choose. The cost includes a standard incontinence procedure of supporting stitches underneath the urethra or bladder neck. If sling procedure to fix the bladder neck (e.g TVT) is done, then the cost of this on its own is £2800 -£3200. As procedure is to be done together, a 50% reduction for the sling price is applied, meaning total cost of about £4900-£6000, if Sling procedure is chosen. In my experience it is best to use the stitches repair method at no extra cost, and then assess the situation at a later time, to decide if you need further procedure, but at the end of the day, this will be your choice.
