A. It is very rare for you to have to stay in the hospital after a straight forward labia reduction, although some surgeons or hospitals advocate this. Yes it is more expensive to stay overnight compared to going home. Those clinics that insist on one night stay may not give any refund if you go home on the same day. Ask your surgeon about this.
