Do you do corrective surgery on my ears as they are lobsided?

Q. Do you do corrective surgery on my ears as they are lobsided. I am quite critical of them as people do jest about them continually so what is procedure for ear correction surgery?

A. Thank you for your enquiry.   You will understand that it is difficult to give you an exact opinion of the best procedure for you without seeing your ears.  However it sounds as if one may be more prominent than the other.  This normally occurs because the more prominent on has not folded as much as the one closer to your head.   i think it would be helpful for you to have a look at our videos on our website aurora-clinics.co.uk   These discuss what can be done to correct asymmetrical ears and include a video of me performing the procedure.   If you would like to book a consultation to discuss the best way forward for you please feel free to schedule an appointment with be by ringing my office on 01844 214362.   I look forward to meeting you in person in the near future.   With best wishes   Adrian Richards Plastic and Cosmetic Surgeon Aurora-clinics.co.uk
