A. Thank you very much for your enquiry. To my knowledge there are no too many problems with the dermal fillers with long term treatment. Dermal fillers are natural substances that tend to absorb slowly with time and as long as you are not over-treated in the area you should not have any problems. If you are over-treated with too greater volume of dermal fillers in a single area you can develop lumps in the region which can be unsightly and you’ll be able to feel them. It’s also important to have the right dermal fillers for you treated as they do vary in firmness. Generally, the finer your skin and the finer your wrinkle the lighter the dermal filler required and the deeper the wrinkle the thicker dermal filler required.
