Q. Hello. Firstly id like to ask how much does it cost to do the rhinoplasty. My nose was broken two times in my very young age and thereafter i didnt receive any surgery treatment. But i really need it now because im 25 and have problems with breathing.im taking strong nasal drops for long time because that helps me to breath. A. Thank you for your inquiry. The cost related to septorhinoplasty surgery is in the area of £4800, and the operation is usually carried out as a general anesthetic, day case procedure. In the meantime, whilst you are contemplating surgery, I suggested to try using Sinurinse saltwater rinses for your nose. It is likely to achieve the degree of improvement for your breathing. However, it is relatively common that when you inquire at the chemist, alternative products which are saline sprays may be offered. There are a large number of sinus irrigation systems on the market, and therefore apart from Sinurinse you can find on the Internet many alternatives, but they all differ from from saline sprays as they have the ability to wash the nasal cavity and not just moisturize it. I do not think that there is a specific benefit of the Sinurinse compared to other sinus irrigation systems, apart from the fact that it may be more readily available in the UK.
