Q. Hello, my question is about a breast lift. After having children and then losing quite a lot of weight, my formerly very large breasts have reduced in size and left loose skin. They are very droopy, the nipple sits 3 inches under the breast crease and when I wear an uplifting bra the skin wrinkles and looks unsightly. I am interested in an uplift surgery and want to know if in cases like mine, there is a successful result without the need for implants? Kind regards
