Q. Hi, i am a fit muscular 24 year old man, i have puffy/large nipples. I know its not man boobs as my chest is in good shape its just my nipples are big and show through all tshirts which i hate. Is it an easy operation to have these sorted?
A. Hi – usually there are a couple of ways of doing this. If it really is just puffy nipples then I can do this under local anaesthetic and if it involves a bit of lipo then again for a small amount of lipo I can do it under local. However, for something more substantial then it would be too painful under local and we would have to have you asleep for the procedure.
