Q. Hi I have been thinking about having forehead reduction surgery or lowering of my hair line as i feel i have a large fore head. Do u carry out this surgery in scotland ? thanks
A. Hi there. Although forehead reduction surgery is possible, it leaves a scar at the junction between the hairline and the forehead. Also, depending on how much laxity there is in the scalp and forehead, we can often only move the hairline down a short distance, necessitating surgery again. So, the results of surgery can be a little variable and not everyone is happy with the final results for a few reasons.
