Q. How much does breast augmentation for tubular breasts usually cost, and does it usually result in more problems than regular breast enlargement surgery?
A. Tubular breasts mean either the fold under the breast has not developed or the breast herniates through the nipple. Expansion or stretching of the distance from the nipple to a new correct distance fold is needed. This can be done in the same way as a conventional breast enlargement or in seevere cases needs tissaue expansion and reduction of the nipple. In my practice I charge the same fee except if expansion is needed. The fee is £4220 to £4500 depending on the implant type used
