A. Thank you very much for your enquiry. As you may know the main type of non-surgical breast enlargement was using a Macrolane which is a type of gel. We no longer perform Macrolane breast enhancement as we were finding lots of our patients the Macrolane went hard and caused discomfort in the breast. We tend to favor the use of breast implants which can be inserted via very small incisions and very light anaesthetics as they have proven track record and in my experience it’s more safer and more predictable than Macrolane. In addition breast implants have a more permanent solution to your problem.
