Q. I am 27 years old and have bags under my eyes with dark rings beneath. I am keen to reduce the appearance but don’t want surgery at this stage. I have heard that other treatments can be done to reduce appearance of dark rings such as fillers. Is this a good temporary solution? I know the bags won’t go away I just want them to look a bit better. Thanks Jo
