I am 34 year old male and have had gastric band fitted and lost 12 stone however i have been left with lots of loose hanging skin which i did expect however i did not expect to have so much on my chest. They look like a woman’s who have breast fed 5 kids. Can you remove all the skin that is on my chest and where would the scars go?

It’s certainly is possible to remove this skin of your chest but this would involve some scarring around the nipple and possibly in the lower part of your chest.
