Q. I am 39 and very unhappy with my jaw line and lines forming on the sides of my mouth. Would a mini face lift be the best permanent solution for this?
A. Thank you very much for your enquiry, the lines which come down from nose to the side of the mouth are called naso-labial lines. Lines that come down from the corner of the mouth are called marionette lines. Both of these are best treated with dermal filler injections which are simple and effective methods of restoring volume to this area. Botox therapy can also be used to redefine your jaw line although you are right that mini facelift does has this effect as well.
