Q. Hello, I am a 18 year old male with a very high hairline, I am intrested in having surgery to lower it or transplant hair grafts etc? My family have no history of big foreheads, I just got unlucky I guess.. I am in London, am I too young?.. I am of an Black African ethincs. Thanks for your time.
